Wrong control sizes (macOS) in certain dialog boxes

E.g., when using Image Effects on Big Sur 11.2.3 (M1 chip) on basic MacBook Air:
These controls show ok on Windows.
Btw: There are (in addition to myriads of other stuff) great bitmap effects included in VS, like the Channel Mixer: the results cannot be exported to PDF for some reason at the moment, but as long as they can be exported hires as e.g. TIFF, I do not mind. This is pure alchemy and a paradise of a mad scientist! Some crazy bugs are just part of the scene...

@Arde I will fix these. The PDF export issue seems to be a bug, it should flatten these into images.

@vectoradmin Thanks. It is great that fixes can be addressed as directly as this. When not, I always feel that the code is beyond the reach of developers, and more or less module based so that fixes like these can only be expected along with framework/library updates.
