Cannot Click and Drag Out Guides or Change Ruler Units with Right Click

I know at one time this was working for me, but now I cannot Click and Drag on the Ruler to pull out Guidelines
or
Use the Right Click on Ruler method to change the Units.
Note: I can open the Guideline Panel (Panels>Editing>Guidelines) and create Guidelines from there.

@Vector-Rock This is working on the Mac. Is it happening on Windows?

@b77, Oh yeah, forgot to say, but this is on Mac for me.
Re: Click Drag Ruler to bring out Guides: It did work at some time in the past for me but now it doesn't. Have no idea why or what changed.
One time, it wouldn't work for me. Then after Using Guides Panel to create a few guides, then trying again to click and drag on Rulers, it started working again. Now it's not working again, so I tried the use the guides panel first trick again, but this time isn't working for me.
Re: Right Click on Ruler to Change Units: It did work at some time. Then didn't. Again, I can't figure out why.

@Vector-Rock I could not replicate this issue. It is hard to tell what could be wrong here. I looks like some parts of the UI did not react.
If the document is closed and reopened again, does it make the ruler work for guideline creation? How about restarting the app?
If possible, please send me the app config files (settings.xml and workspace.xml) from: ~/Library/Application Support/NumericPath/VectorStyler1.0/vector/data/resources/
If neither of this works, there could be something specific with the document. -
It's not working for me either in new documents but it's working in existing ones created with previous builds.. You should have my settings files, haven't changed anything since then.

@Kyriakos @Vector-Rock Could you check if the guidelines are set to be visible and whether they are locked (in the View menu). After creating a new document.

Ahh they were hidden (but unlocked), must have accidentally hit the shortcut, facepalm.
Should it be affecting the changing of units though?

@Kyriakos The ruler clicking becomes inactive when the guidelines are locked or hidden. This affects the units also, will fix this later.
