Panel placement behavior

Dont know, if this is really a bug, but it bugs me
so i place it here

One thing that often bothers me is that when I call a panel,
the panel opens more or less in random places or even
in another panel.

I don't know how many times I've placed panels where they're supposed to be.

I would prefer that when I bring up a panel, that it opens where I last closed it,
and that it goes back there even after restarting VectorStyler.

And i dont want, in any case, that a Panel would open
it in another Panel

I think this might be a bug, as the panel states supposed to be saved in the current workspace.

in the paste the panels opens at random places
now it seems that it is the Corner the left corner below
as you can see in the video here

@Subpath I also have panels opening bottom left (and randomly elsewhere), except I have a two screen setup where the top one is the extended display, where I most often use VectorStyler, and the lower (a Cintiq) is set to main display.

my Screen Specs:
I use a 4 K Monitor but with a Screen Resolution
of 1920 x 1080 pixels, no scaling just 100%
