(Windows 10) Demaximize Doesn't Fully Register in UI when Title Bar Dragged

When the application window is dragged away from its Maximized state using the title bar, it is not remembered by the UI. It's noted by the "Maximized" icon state. Also, the Demaximize/Maximize icon has to be tapped twice to Remaximize the same window.
