Locked background reference shakes when pen tool or node editor is used overtop

If I import an image to use as a locked background reference, it shakes often when the pen tool is used overtop and also when editing nodes with the node editor. I know this topic has been brought up in the past but I wanted to be sure it's not forgotten

@Boldline Yes, I remember this error. The problem is caused by the "partial" display that is used when dragging objects or nodes. This display mode speeds up the dragging (a great deal) but it is not (yet) precise for images.
I reopen this issue and try to solve it.
