Settings not remembered between sessions

- View -> Margins -> Canvas Margins
- View -> Margins -> Canvas Labels
settings are not remembered between program sessions.
I find the canvas margin very distracting when it is visible.
It seems the setting is saved in the document file though but I would really like not to see this margin upon creating a new document ever again. I don't use canvases.

@Ingolf I will try to improve this. In the current solution, these are options of a document and are on for new documents, but are saved with the file and if you turned off for a document (and then saved), then are remember for that document (should be).
I opened a bug on this and will try to find a solution for the next build. -
