Color palette panels grid margins

1.2.052 RELEASE:
• Show grid margins is global now for all color palette panels.

1. Not for all panels yet...

2. Since it is now intended as a global option, wouldn't it be better if the selector resided as a box selector "Show Color Panel grid margins" somewhere in the global 'Vectorstyler > Settings' menu instead of at the bottom of the view modi?

@Ayo Seems that popup palettes do not use the option.
I will fix this, and also place it into settings
