Colors dragged into a new color palette panel do not show up until another color is added using a different method

Color swatches I drag into a new color palette panel from an existing one do not show up right away in that new color palette. The history panel acknowledges a color was added but the result does not show up until you click the icon at the bottom of the new color panel to add another color (This happens right at the end of the video)
Here is a video showing this -I apologize its not straight to the point as I was trying to test things and remember what eventually solved the problem so I could replicate it on video
