      There's another issue when adding spot colors from one palette directly into the main default color panel. As I drag a color into the default color panel, it automatically adds the color before I fully drag the swatch into the default color palette. If I go all the way across, it seems to add a non spot-color version of the color as well. in this video you can see my try ti with a purple swatch - it creates two - one marked as a spot color and one not.

      I then tested the "test" palette I reported before that I made from scratch (made with no colors inside it initially) and this time some of the colors display as black and then don't show properly there
