Slow Panel Pop-out

Was wondering if anyone else has experienced the panels not popping out with the initial click or very laggy when interacting with them?
I experience a late/delayed pop out or sometimes you have to click and hold a half second for the mouse click to register. Some times you have to click twice to get the mouse click to register.
This has been a persistent lag in the interface.
I'm Windows 11 (latest updates)

@Sullyman The state of the panels is saved along with the user data, and it might be that something accumulated there and causes this slow down.
on Window, with VS exited, go to the c:\Users<user_name>\AppData\Local\NumericPath\VectorStyler1.2\vector\data\resources\ folder, and (back up first) remove these files, then start VS.
This will restore all panel state and user settings to defaults.
