      As the title says, I get an unwanted object fill when
      I use the Shift key while rotating.

            @VectorStyler

            This unwanded fill is also the case
            by using Object > Transform > Rotate

            Win 11
            CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, 6-core.
            GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 5070.
