Noise fill doesn't apply

Hi,
I love all the noise funtions that are in VS, one of the most complete set I have seen. However, while trying to apply noise to fill a shape, I'm facing issues. In other places as well, preview feature seems to not work consistently for noise.

- select shape
- click fill
- select noise
- try to apply noise settings

@EricP There seems to be a regression here. I will fix this for the next build.
Use the Noise Fill panel as a workaround for now.

I've just downloaded 1.2.072 and I see that the bug is fixed. Thank you !
