Move Character and Paragraph Style panels to Text menu

I know placement under Window/Styles may make sense in overall VS' UI, but from experience with other apps containing typography features I couldn't figure out how to display the panels untill help in forum. The panels appear to hidden for now.

@Raaskot It is also in the Tex / Panels menu. The Text menu is a bit too large for new items

I understand. Perhaps move them to Window/Text then. Makes more sense.
