Scaling Live Text can be jumpy/stuttered and can too quickly flip text to other side of path

Would it be possible to improve the scaling of text in VS? This is not new just to the current build of VS. Commonly but not always, when I grab a corner of live text to scale it, it too quickly flips to the underside of the path. Other times the scaling is not a smooth transition as I drag the mouse cursor from a corner to shrink down the scale. it has an unwanted jumpy stutter-step feel.
In this video, the scaling works correctly at first, but after I zoom in a little, it shows both issues; first the jump too quickly to the text being on the flipped side of the text path and then secondly the jumpy stutter.

@Boldline Yes, I think this can be improved. I will try to fix it for the next build.
