Artboard name is clipped by bleed guide

@VectorStyler When it is active (if you add a "Hide Bleed" later), I think so. When I work on Illustrations/Designs, I make it with a bleed from the start so there's always extra material there and depending on what is underneath, it may make the Artboard name itself hard to read...
