16 bit .bmp file crash or are wrongly displayed in VS

Hi! I was trying to drag this files inside of VS. With the dogs, that are correctly displayed in explorer

VS shows it this way

And with another .bmp file, VS crash.
Both files are 16 bit bmp files.

@marce Yes, the attached file crashes the app. Send me the other image also, that seems to be a different issue.
