Select by color causes sporadic movement when selection dragged

I'm having a problem when I select an object and then use the select > select by style > fill color to select objects of the same fill color, then when I drag the new selection, they move sporadically off the artboard. When i press command > z to undo, it does not work. This issue only occurs when I'm using my custom settings. It works as expected in default settings.

@Ridgehammer I opened a bug on this and will get back with more details soon.

@Ridgehammer Can be replicated. It seems that the objects are selected two times (shows 6 selected in the status bar).
This is a bug and will be fixed ASAP.
