Importing RTF with hidden text issues

Hi! Long time i dont post. Im importing a RTF that have hidden text fields. Usually this fields are not displayed in some other programs. In VS is displayed, but when you go to Find and Replace dialog, you cant find them to clean the text. When you copy and paste the hidden text, it is pasted not anymore as hidden.
In my opinion, hidden text must not be displayed, or at least you must be able to hide or delete it. Im not aware how often it appears in regular rtf files, in my case, often.
