Nodes rendering problem in exporting / printing PDFs

I encountered a problem where there is a difference in nodes in rendered PDF files.
In original drawing nodes are cusp type.
Left hand image is a screenshot of image exported to PDF by Export command and is ok.
Right hand image is obtained by Print panel and Microsoft print to PDF and nodes and caps are smooth. After printing on the physical printer, nodes are also smooth.
