Click Near Edges the Artboard causes Scrolling

When you click (or click and drag) Near the Edges of the Artboard, it causes the Artboard to Scroll. The direction of scroll depends on which edge you are clicking near.

Yes, I think so. It can be annoying and distracting for it to move when trying to make selections. I don't have that problem using Adobe Illustrator.
