Textbox scaling issue

Discussed this before: These two lines in textframe and keyshort option-shift-drag doesn't scale correctly.

@Raaskot Yes, this one was not replicated. I will try to find out more about what could cause this.

@Raaskot Still cannot replicate, tried it with the attached file.
One thing to try: reset the environment (settings and workspace) to defaults and see if still has this issue.
