Contour Panel- Cannot Adjust Width or Precision Values Incrementally with Arrow Keys

Bug:
In the Contour Panel, you cannot adjust values Incrementally using the Up/Down Arrow keys on the Keyboard while the cursor is in the Direct Entry Field for:
- Width
- Precision
Note: The Steps Field is working correctly.
If you have an object selected, using the up or down arrow keys on the Keyboard moves the object up or down on the Artboard instead of adjusting values.
