Raster Image + Outer Glow = Image Not Rendered
-
I put this raster image in a document →

And then I added an outer glow effect and exported it, and it looks like this →

It doesn’t seem to affect other effects. Inner glow also works fine.
-
I will open a bug on this.
But, can you save the file after exporting, then the exact export options are also stored in the file and I can use the same options
-
@VectorStyler The attached file (the RasterTest2.zip link in my first post) should already contain the export options I used. I saved immediately after exporting.
-
One think to try as a workaround: do not add effects in the Appearance panel (as adjustment effects), instead use the Image Effects panel to add the effect on the image
I could not replicate yet the export issue (using the export settings).
But I will try to find out more on this -
@VectorStyler I think it might be because I use software rendering.
test.zip ← Test image
data.zip ← Config in %LOCALAPPDATA%\NumericPath\VectorStyler1.3\vector\dataChanging it to CUDA causes the export to render incorrectly sometimes (like what this user experienced: https://www.vectorstyler.com/forum/topic/4393). OpenCL seems to work fine for both in-app rendering and exports, so I'll use that for now.
