      Hi,

I had locked one guideline in a document, then after a while I unlocked it and deleted it. Now I can't drag new guidelines anymore in new documents. This persists through restarts of VS.

I renamed the various settings files, so VS generates new ones, and then it works. I narrowed it down to the settings.xml. When i go back to the original one, guidelines can't be dragged onto the canvas anymore.

@Gremriel If the View -> Guides -> Lock Guides is checked, then uncheck it.
New documents inherit the settings from the last (changed) document settings. This means that it creates a new document with locked guides.

Thanks. It seems I still need to get used to a lot of things inheriting settings!
