Document Scrolls while Toolbox Flyout is Opened

If I drag from the toolbox to select one of the tools buried underneath one of the other tools, move the mouse pointer right to look at the tools underneath it, then start moving the mouse back to the left toward the icon on the toolbox itself, the document begins to scroll to the left even though the pointer is still over the flyout from the toolbox.

Yes, this can be replicated.
Added to the list of bugs. Fix will be in the next build.
