[Path drawing] Problem with closing a path . Endpoints do not merge into one.

I think there is something wrong with the closing of path. When I place the last point above the first, it is very common that they do not connect with each other. They should snap. Restarting the application does not fix the problem.

I also think there should be a visual effect that would give clear feedback to the user.

@encart I tried both the Pen and Pencil tools, and the paths are closed if the ending is close to the starting point.
In the Pen tool, there is no indication of this, I will add this to the backlog.

As I remember I didn't experience that issue in previous releases.

I enlarged the nodes. Maybe that cause the problem.
