Stroke profile live preview

Working with strokes, it's difficult to get the properly adjusted profile without a live preview applied to selected objects. I'm left making an adjustment, applying, opening the profile window again, adjusting, applying, etc. A live preview of an adjustment applied to selected objects would make this infinitely easier.

@cjochetz I will add this to the backlog. Meanwhile, the stroke profile can be edited interactively on the object using the stroke width tool:

Ah, yes, that's cool and will help in the men time for certain. Thank you for that suggestion!
With that tool, it'd also be very nice to see a tag-like item under the cursor as I'm dragging that indicates the width of the stroke at the placed node. Does that make sense?

I will add this to the backlog as a feature request.

@cjochetz The stroke profile editing can be previewed now using the Preview checkbox at the bottom left of the modal view. Same goes for dash and stripe view also, in build 1.0.048.
