I'm still running into this happening when I duplicate layers.
This also occurs with the cloning option as well.
Side question: what does cloning offer that duplicate does not? -
@Boldline When duplicating, the object should be copied, and either of the copies changed independently (unless there is a bug).
Cloning keeps a link to the original object, and if something in the original changes, the clone is also changed, unless that property is changed in the clone. Also, it is possible to set which property of a clone object is inherited from the original.
