Gap optimization in FullScreen

It is just a detail, but for a senior UX/UI like me
it is disturbing to see or actually NOT see a real gap here in the fullscreen in the main toolbar on the top 
image attached.

The new build adds a gap to the context panel in full screen mode.

That is the BEST customer service there is
Thank you. Now it not only looks great but also you don't get the finder menu bar coming at you everytime you get to the top edge of the screen.
