Guideline coordinates during creation

I'd love to see guideline coordinates shown as I'm dragging them from the rulers. Some apps show the coordinates on the page/artboard area during creation. Even showing in the Properties or Guidelines panels might be helpful. thanks!

@badcat There is an option for this: in Preferences -> Editing Options enable the Show Editor Popups option, but this will enable numeric feedback for most editors, not just guideline addition.

In build 200, guideline coordinates are shown by default when creating.
