Artboard Export Selection defaults

Perhaps a single artboard should be selected at default (or maybe all of them are selected?) For me, it wasn't immediately noticeable why my artboards were not exporting. It's because they weren't selected. In non-list view the checkboxes appear to be hidden.

@badcat This was a bug, will be fixed in the next build.

In the new build (200), selecting Export All will not require Current Canvas or Member Canvas selection. In preview mode, the checkbox is visible only when the artboard is marked.
