New From Clipboard

Seems like the "New From Clipboard" command would create a new document that has the max dimensions based on the size and resolution of the current clipboard contents. Currently it seems to use the size of the document from where the original clipboard contents came.

The new from clipboard issue is fixed in build 200

Would suggest to compensate for Stroke, Brushes, effects etc. -- otherwise great! -
