Scaling jpegs cursor icon

This is a really minor thing - but I noticed when I import a jpeg to trace over and then scale it up or down from a corner, the cursor turns into a plus sign. Could it just stay an arrow? the plus sign feels clumsy - but maybe I'm just used to other programs? I kind of feel the same way when you grab a selection and the cursor turns into a four way arrow. It's not vital, just wondered if others liked it as-is or not

@Boldline We need some kind of indicator of what will happen at a specific location with the box selection. This can be move, scale, rotate, skew. These are indicated with cursors.
