Selecting with Shift-key doesn't work properly(single file affected)

Drag selection works fine.
I encountered this error for the first time.
Not present in the new file.@vectoradmin File is on the way.

@encart Got the file, but I could not replicate this. Shift+Click selection worked to select multiple objects on both Windows and Mac.
I noticed some active icons in the toolbox bottom, what tools are those? -
Winding Fill, Normalize Winding, Reverse path direction, Expand Stroke, Break Apart, Offset path. This is another bug I cannot identify the causes. Sometimes multiple tools in the toolbox are highlighted.

Exactly. I created a new file and problem has gone.
