Will VectorStyler export to WEBP format? (Personally, I'd use this more than the Targa format.)

Build 157 adds support for webp file format, both exporting and importing.

@vectoradmin Amazingly fast implementation!
The exported file appears to be vertically flipped in macOS Finder Quickview (command space) as well as the Finder icon. Opening the file in Google Chrome reveals the same flip issue.
Opening the file back into VS shows the rendered webp file as originally created.
