Custom toolboxes - vertical setting

Disabling vertical has no effect. No custom toolbox can be set to horisontal.

@Ingolf Looks like a bug. Workaround: docking the (opened) panel to the top / bottom margin should change its direction. And then, when undocked it keeps the horizontal direction.
