Color panel slider issues - part 3 (color mode)

I prefer to work in HSB mode almost exclusively and have selected "keep color mode" a long time ago, but I constantly get RGB mode in the color panel anyway when creating new objects. Perhaps other scenarious too, don't remember.

@Ingolf I could not replicate this, I added a bug on this one. Will investigate more.
