Image Trace Panel - inactive slider becomes draggable area

The Image "Trace" panel becomes draggable at the point of an inactive slider such as the Stroke Width. (Extract Stroke disabled). Hardly an earth shattering bug - just caught me off guard as to what was happening.

yes, this happens with any disabled (grayed) field.

This problem should be fixed in the latest build. Panels can be dragged only from their title or a new knob next to the close icon.
Horizontal panels (a new thing) can still be dragged from inside, including over inactive fields, to facilitate easier docking.
