Wasted screen estate in transparency panel

Beta 1.1 and earlier versions:

Clicking the up'n'down arrow until I get this minimal panel view reveals a blank area below the Blend pulldown that shouldn't be there.

@Ingolf Yes, this happens because the transparency panel is resizable, and will not autosize when the content is changed.
I will try to fix this.
