Warped Distortion Effects

If I use the elastic warp distortion effect on a shape and add a few points, then switch to the envelope distortion effect tool (under the same flyout in the toolbox) with the same shape, the program continues to edit the elastic warp effect instead of creating an envelope distortion on the shape as I would have expected.
The same happens in reverse and with several of the other tools under that toolbox (but not with all of them).
This does not appear to be a limitation of one such effect per shape as I can stack these quite easily if creating them from the Shape Effects panel.

This can be replicated here also,
added to the bug list, should have a fix in the next build.

Build 165 contains a fix for the shape effect tools.
