    Selecting all objects on a layer using the circle in the Layers panel does not allow for immediate keyboard arrow editing

      I noticed that when I select all the objects on a layer using the circle on the far right side of the layer tab, I can't immediately use the keyboard arrows to nudge or move the selected art - it switches between layers instead.... I have to go click on the art to move it. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or if this is a feature I'm misunderstanding or a bug

        @Boldline The issue here is that the arrow keys are captured by the list in the layers panel.
        I don't know the right thing to do here would be, I will check what is going on on other apps.

        One workaround is to click on the title area of the document view, and then the arrow keys will go to the canvas, without deselecting anything.

          That might be a good solution that works for me. I just didn't want to lose my selection when I went back over to the artboard and clicked somewhere.
