Shape Builder tool creates unwanted oval at bottom of square shape creation

My son noticed this bug! He was using VS and noticed when he created a rectangle using the shape builder tool, it had a half oval shape attached at the bottom of it. I don't know if this caused an issue with the Repeater crashing (the last crash report from me) This is an issue on the M1 computer he was using, but I could not replicate it on the M1 machine I was using

@Boldline The rectangle sides can be bent using the node tool.
What probably happened here is that after drawing a rectangle, the rectangle icon was double clicked and one of the Vertical field was set to other that zero.
This will draw rectangles where a side is bent along an arc.
