Repeater - basic mode (replicate)

The repeater seems to be offer many options for the advanved user with advanced needs. Mildly put
I rarely need much else than a "Duplicate selection in x rows and y columns with a horisontal and vertical spacing of xx and yy" for some details where I need so many duplicates that manual operation is meaningsless.
I suggest dividing this - and perhaps other features - into basic and advanced. Perhaps adding a separate Replicate option is simpler. Anyway my request is a replicate in rows and/or columns optionally with spacing feature. Not this interface idea.
But just for inspiration - when it can be used it makes software more accessible to users with regular needs:
