Tear-Off Tool Groups crash app when combining

When combining a tear-off tool palette group the app exits generally within a few seconds.
I do this...
expecting this...
then I crash.

Could not replicate this. Were there other panels or tear-off tool groups open?

Got the crash report.
I think I have found the root cause, and the fix will be in the next build.

This crash should be fixed in build 187.
Let me know if it works for you also, or if it still crashes.
