      Properties panel:

      A) Top row icons are right aligned:

      B) Show or hide appearance panel does this in the color panel:

        Scrollbar in this case signals more additional content than is actually hidden below - you have to pull it down like there were "pages" of content:

          @Ingolf (A) will be fixed, but the problem with (B) is similar to other panel size adjustment / activation issue. I will try to find a solution for this.

          As for scrolling the properties panel, should the scrollbar be always visible?

            The issue I see with B) is that the icon "Show or hide appearance panel" has nothing to do with what happens. It pops up the spectrum in the color panel? 🙂

            And no, the scrollbar should only be visible when relevant.

              Visibility of the scrollbar on the Mac at least should likely adhere to the user's preference set in System Preferences -> General
