Perfect ellipse values

A solid ellipse using the ellipse tool. Filled ellipse default settings: = 0 to 0 degrees. Entering 0 to 360 degrees results in this: Left shape 0-360, right 0-0. 360 to 360 also creates a totally filled ellipse. But should 0 to 360 also do that? Whatever resulting in 360 degrees?

@Ingolf yes, it should, unless someone wants the shape on the left.
This is by design, but it is very easy to fix.

@Ingolf The 0 to 360 ellipse angles should not add a line in the next version of VS.
