Ruler 0,0 position

I set Ruler 0,0 position to top left. But when I click the bottom navigation bar, it changes.

@Jayanta-Das One correction. Actually artboard change it position. Bottom left corner align to "0" in y axis

And have a look at the object position at X=0, Y=0.

@Jayanta-Das Seems to be a refresh issue in the ruler. Scrolling up/down fixes it.
It can be replicated on both Mac and Windows 10. Opened a bug on this one.
