Mouse gets stuck in certain panels ( accumulated )

@Nils Could not replicate this one (tried on Windows). But I open a bug to try to find a possible cause of this. This seems to be a Windows only issue
From the recording it seems that the mouse is stuck only in the Appearance panel when hovering over the stroke area? Does this occur anywhere else?

could not detect this problem here under Win 10,
everything works fine in VS 1.1.020 -

Hard to say. Maybe you could take another mouse for a test?
Or try it with just the Windows standard mouse driver ?
But curios that this is only in VS.Can only say that such a thing did not occur in my tests
and never in any of my use cases. -
@Nils I noticed that in the recording the tooltip is opened quite fast.
Is this the case in other apps also? -
@vectoradmin That's only the already opened tooltip changing its content, like VS does, as I've noticed, with menus aswell. That is, opening a menu and then mousing over the next tab switches the content of the already opened menu over... This is normal behavior as far as I know, and I know this from other apps aswell yes.
