Shift-C no longer works as intended. Intentional change?

I noticed that Shift-C no longer will retract the handles of a click upon node. Is this an intentional change with the switch to a second click on the cusp node?

@Boldline It seems to be working here. But there is an other regression (or maybe it was there before), selecting shapes while using the anchor tool is not working.
