Polish diacritical marks require double press

This problem appeared in the latest build.
We have many accent-signs in polish language. They are made by pressing AltGR + a/c/e/l/n/o/s/z/x key.
Now, to use any of these for the first time i have to keep AltGr pressed and hit letter-key twice. If I keep AltGR down a new marks appears normally with a single press, but releasing the AltGR-key starts all over again.
There seems to be some conflict regarding the use of this key
